This Privacy Policy explains what information Oddeoh House collects through oddeohbooks.com, how it's used, and your choices around it.

Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
Purchase information: which titles you've purchased and when. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Listening activity: playback progress (which chapter and timestamp you last reached) so your library can resume where you left off.

2. How we use this information

We use this information to operate your account, deliver the audiobooks you've purchased, sync your listening progress across visits, process payments, and communicate with you about your orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Purchases are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you check out, the payment details you enter are sent directly to Stripe under Stripe's own privacy and security practices. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and purchase information for as long as your account is active, so you retain access to audiobooks you've bought. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data security

Passwords are stored using salted, one-way hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to the site is encrypted via HTTPS.

6. Your choices

You can update your account details, or request that your account and personal data be deleted, by emailing us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
