Refund Policy

Audiobooks sold on oddeohbooks.com are digital products delivered instantly to your account upon purchase. Because of this, and to protect the authors and narrators whose work is sold here, all sales are final and non-refundable once a title has been added to your library, except in the situations described below.

When we will issue a refund

• Duplicate charge: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same title.
• Technical failure: the audiobook you purchased is missing, corrupted, or won't play, and we're unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
• Unauthorized purchase: a purchase was made on your account without your permission (subject to verification).

How to request a refund

Email jamescraigalbert@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and the reason for your request. We'll review and respond within a few business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Once a refund is issued, access to the associated title will be removed from your library.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
