These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oddeohbooks.com and the audiobooks, accounts, and related services offered by Oddeoh House ("Oddeoh House," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing an audiobook through this site, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you purchase an audiobook, you're buying a personal, non-transferable license to stream and download that title for your own listening, tied to your account. You are not purchasing the underlying copyright, and you may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, or share your access or downloaded files with anyone else.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Oddeoh House does not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
You agree not to circumvent any access controls, attempt to download or extract audio outside of the normal playback experience for redistribution, or use the site in any way that infringes the rights of Oddeoh House or the authors and narrators whose work is distributed here.
All audiobooks, cover art, and related content are the property of Oddeoh House and/or the respective authors and narrators, and are protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
We aim to keep the site and your purchased library available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for outages, data loss, or issues outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
